Before Anurag Kashyap became a household name, he had made a movie called Paanch that had trouble at the censors, and was finally never released. The movie is one of the few movies that either never saw the light of the day or saw it after the lead actors were beyond their expiry date. News is now pouring in that Paanch and Shaitan has quite a few similarities, and both are set in a world of crime, grime and sleaze.  Both the movies are based on real life events, and telling anything more would be spoilers for you. So, we will see you at our favorite theaters when Shaitan releases.

What do you give a Bollywood heroine who has it all? Well, a strong costar would be nice, ask Aishwarya Rai! With the quandary that she is in right now to look for a costar for the Madhur Bhandarkar helmed Heroine, she is finding out that it takes two to set the box office ringing, and with the dearth of male costars, she is now playing footsie with Shah Rukh Khan, who had a kind of issue with her during the filming of Chalte Chalte, when Salman Khan stormed onto the sets, and Aish had to leave the sets and the role.  Now, a little birdie tells us that she is making appearances at Shah Rukh Khan hosted dos with husband in tow. Maybe she wants a strong enough costar who can endure her screen presence!

In yet another example that the filmmakers and their coterie do not yet know what goes on the streets of Mumbai, rumors are out that they found out about the cult term ‘D K Bose’ via Dolly Bindra on Big Boss. Apparently, they were surfing through channels and came across Dolly Bindra on one of her tirades and the word caught on.
This really surprises us, and we wonder which school or college the film makers and the music directors went to. Was it a school in Mars or somewhere? Anyone worth their vadapav has come across this term, apart from when Dolly Bindra spewed it out at Big Boss. Sometimes, the PR activities of movies surprise us no end.

The movie Double Dhamal is gaining some heavy buzz because of the interesting things that they are adding into the movie.  They already launched the Oye Oye Song, and now we have stills of Kangana Ranaut pitched in a scenario where she has to imitate Jaya Bachchan. While the look and feel is good, what is more interesting is that Kangana Ranaut has got the poker face perfectly all right.
The posters of the movie have launched and are in theaters, and we were quite impressed with the look and feel that many have been given in the movie. We already know that Ashish Choudhary is playing a woman for some time in the movie, and now we learn that the movie is spoofing the stereotype of widows in the seventies and the eighties, who wore starch white and could only cook a particular dish for their mother-in-law! Indra Kumar has previously given us some extremely entertaining movies like Ishq and Beta, and we really look forward to the second outing of the Dhamaal group.

For those among us who followed Hollywood in the 2000s, Amy Winehouse was an important name. A talented singer, she made the news for reasons different from her singing abilities – more like her drinking abilities. Of course, just when journalists became too rude and began taking digs on her surname, did she decide that enough was enough and went into rehab. Now, news is out that she has finished her assessment and will now be treated as an outpatient.

If you liked her in Avatar, you are surely going to enjoy her hosting the Emmys.  She will be hosting the television awards that will take place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on  September 18th. The Glee star has said that she is ‘tickled pink’ about hosting the prestigious television awards.  The show’s executive producer, Mark Burnett has said that she was his first and only choice to host the awards, and that he is glad that she agreed to host the awards.

The troubled Lindsay Lohan had some more trouble in store for her, when her ankle bracelet went off while she was on the roof of her house, apparently reading scripts and posing for photographs. Considering it a technical fault, the authorities have now given her another bracelet. Lindsay Lohan was convicted in a necklace theft case, but was put on house arrest because of jail overcrowding issues, and the fact that she is not a violent offender made her eligible for house arrest.
According to the probation period, she cannot consume alcohol or narcotics. She got into the news recently again, when she said that she will give up drinking forever, and not just for the probation period, which is like a month and a few days.

Snooki, who has suddenly risen to fame and is also on a WWE show may face charges for the car crash that she was involved in.  If you think that an actress ramming her car into another is funny, consider this – she actually rammed her car into a police car! She will not be charged, but she may be sued by the two police officers inside the car, as they suffered minor injuries and had to visit the white coats for a while.  The male and female police officers will not be showing up for work for at least a week. They now have ninety days to decide whether they want to sue the Jersey Shore star.
Snooki has already had some issues because of the fender bender. Fellow Italians are now calling her their country’s worst export. They consider her to be very cheap and think that she will do anything for publicity even hit police cars.

When the charming and sexy Scarlett Johansson did not attend the premiere of her boyfriend Sean Penn’s movie The Tree of Life in the Cannes Film Festival, the media started speculating that something is wrong and the rumors were stopped when Scarlett’s spokesperson told the media that she was shooting for The Avengers in New Mexico.
Sacrlett who is sexy at 26, and Sean Penn who surely doesn’t look like he is 50, made the paparazzi run behind them when they made headlines when they took a cozy trip to Cabo San Lucas after being spotted getting flirty together during a lunch date in Los Angeles.
The couple has also attended a White House Correspondents’ Dinner party in Washington D.C. in April and the two often can been spotted getting cozy while they make their outings in L.A.  but something has gone sour in between them and the reasons are still unknown to anybody, and anytime an official statement by the couple’s spokesperson van come why the sweet looking couple have broken  up.

And after a decade has passed by Paris Hilton talks about her infamous past. She says that it was one of the most traumatic phase of her life, it really made her go mad. But the question arises why did she date such a cheap guy, she answers that it was just not a random fling, she was young and naïve but surely loved the guy and she was just twenty. She was like any other teen in love, she did anything that her boyfriend asked her to do, and she had to pay the price. She says that it was way too embarrassing and humiliating for her as people termed her as a S!ut and many more things. She says that she totally blindly trusted the guy and never believed that he can do such a thing. She was mentally shattered.
Now that Paris Hilton has plans of getting married she says that her boyfriend has no problems with her past, but what about her children, they will grow up and ask and that scares her to the core.

Pink whom we all know as singer at the age of 31 gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Thursday in Los Angeles and she let the world know through Twitter. Yes she let the media and her fans know this news via the micro blogging site Twitter, in the tweet by Pink tweets “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart,” Pink also tweeted. “She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy [Carey Hart]. Beyond blessed”
This she tweeted soon after she delivered her baby and also her tweeting never stopped as on Wednesday, that is a day prior to her delivery Pink tweeted that she is super excited to meet her baby. She also tweeted about how the day of her delivery is falling under a very auspicious astrological sky. Her tweet was this “New Moon in Gemini today a good time to start something new…. Also called the Honey Moon. Into it,”
Earlier to this Pink confirmed that she was pregnant in November and she was seen sporting her baby bump and was very appreciated for her style quotient even while she was pregnant.
She had told the media that she will not divulge anything more after this as she was scared as her last pregnancy went wrong and she suffered a miscarriage. She told that she was very nervous when she came to know of the pregnancy instead of being happy. So after confirmation that she is pregnant she never divulged any details, except for the information she shared on twitter.
Her tweets when she was pregnant were often the talk of the town, one such tweet was “I have a life inside of me, and I want her or him to know that I will accept him or her with open and loving and welcoming arms.”
