Anil Kapoor Bags Another Hollywood Project
Anil Kapoor is going places, literally! After his starring role in the English crime series 24, and a starring role in the Danny Boyle film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, he has signed up for another thriller, Cities. The movie also stars Clive Owen and is directed by Roger Donaldson. If the cast is anything to go by, this one should be a very interesting movie. Clive Owen has previously acted in such intelligent movies like The International and Inside Man.
The movie will tell three stories, all centered on greed and corruption. Kapoor plays a cop who finds himself battling property speculators and his colleagues. Another one tells us about a couple in London who wish to buy their first house, which is seemingly out of reach for the couple.
Anil Kapoor is considered as one of the most versatile actors this side of the Statue of Liberty. He has starred in several potboilers, thrillers as well as in parallel cinema. He is best known for his roles in movies like Ram Lakhan, Parinda, and more recently in movies like My Wife’s Murder, etc.
